Need some time in your busy schedule for a massage and self care? Carve out 30 min for yourself to focus on either upper or lower body. We will tailor this for your needs, but this is not a full body massage. Leave feeling less tension and with your mood boosted!

In a time crunch but still want to make sure you get in your self care? The "Space Between" is just enough time to focus on your trouble area and put your mind and body in balance to face the day in a more positive way!

One Good Hour - 60 min. $110
This 60 minutes is tailored for your needs. Your LMT will listen to what you want so you can have a relaxing or therapeutic time on the table. Leave feeling those tight spots unwind and good about taking "one good hour" for yourself.

A Little More Time - 75 min. $135
Lengthen your "Good Hour" with more focus on your tense muscle areas. Because sometimes you just want a little more time in the place of profound relaxation or muscle treatment. You will feel yourself unwind and breath easy, as you experience a sense of personal zen.

Prenatal Massage $110 — 60 min.
Pregnancy massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting mothers. Specially-designed massage tables, cushions, and side-lying postures are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage $110 — 60 min.
75 min — $135 | 90 min — $160 | 120 min — $220. Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart. *Our LMT's do not do post surgery MLD, which is separate training. The Blend $120 — 60 min.75 min — $145 | 90 min — $170. Our TheraGun percussive therapy allows deep and quick tissue release for extremely tight muscles. We blend this with hands-on focused work using our certified organic premium house oil OR jojoba oil to reduce inflammation and soreness.

TMJ Massage $125 — 60 min.
75 min — $150 | 90 min — $175 | 120 min — $235. TMJ massages work the muscles around the temporomandibular joint to alleviate tension and pain. Not all of our LMT's do intra-oral work. Please call us if you have any questions.

Cupping Massage $125 — 60 min.75 min. — $150 | 90 min. — $175 | 120 min. — $235 Using silicone cups, cupping therapy is used to counter pressure, get blood flow moving and reduce toxins in the body. This will leave Cupping marks on your skin that do not hurt, are not a bruise, but are marks.

Combined with your massage session, Reflexology massage focuses on your feet that affect your entire body. In traditional Chinese medicine, it is used to improve circulation, reduce stress and maintain balance.

Reiki Massage $130 — 60 min.
75 min — $155 | 90 min — $180 | 120 min — $240. A soothing fusion of Swedish massage and Reiki designed to calm the nervous system, release tension, and realign your energy. This session flows between therapeutic touch and deeply restorative energy work for a balanced mind–body reset. For those wanting more hands-on massage time, we suggest the 90-minute or 2-hour option.

The Stone Soother $155 — 75 min.
$180 — 90 min. Let the warmth of heated stones melt away tension as they are seamlessly incorporated throughout your full-body massage. Used as an extension of your LMT’s hands, the stones combine therapeutic touch with soothing heat to relax tired muscles, calm the nervous system, and create a deeply restorative experience.

The Azalea Experience $30
Say hello to Azalea Bodycare’s newest treatment — a dreamy combo of a nourishing scalp massage, a sugar foot scrub, and total-body bliss. We use organic, locally-made aromatherapy goodies from Topsy Blends to elevate your experience. Before we get started, be sure to check in with your LMT about any allergies or sensitivities! Available for 90 min and 2 hour massages.

Warm Sugar Foot Scrub $20
Using Topsy Blends' nourishing sugar scrub made with skin-loving botanicals and a gentle floral aroma, it's a perfect addition to all skincare routines. Blended with organic golden jojoba and balancing essential oils, this scrub can be enjoyed by even the most sensitive skin types.

Mini Hot Stone $15Add on more deep heat treatment to one body part of your choice (most common is back or legs). Add on to any massage one hour or more. Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply.

Dry Brush $15This full body scrub is performed with a natural bristle brush, to gently (or vigorously) exfoliate dead skin and invigorate circulation. Dry skin brushing is also said to promote detoxification, strengthen the skin, release ingrown hairs, and promote breakdown of cellulite. Skin brushing is followed by application of our lotion or oil. This treatment takes about 10 minutes and is included in your massage session time.

Jojoba oil is liquid gold for your skin! Jojoba oil may reduce the appearance of wrinkles, It is also helpful in healing wounds, reducing the appearance of scars. Jojoba is an excellent option for overall skin health. This upgrade is used on the entire body for your massage session.
