Azalea is a clean & relaxing space with a group of talented, highly skilled Licensed Massage Therapists who offer a variety of therapeutic massage modalities. Our therapists strive to blend clinical and relaxation therapies gracefully to leave you feeling healthy & happy. We pride ourselves in offering you a soothing, safe space with personable, friendly staff.
We are located in the heart of Oakway Center with free parking and an elevator for your convenience!

We are following all CDC and AMTA new guidelines and protocols to provide the upmost safety measures for our clients and staff. We will email you these details when you schedule and we are happy to answer any questions!
DIRECTIONS
Azalea Bodycare is located inside the main building of Oakway Center (260 Oakway Center, Eugene, 97401). We are on the second floor in the same building as Burch’s shoes.
**GPS may take you to the Trader Joe’s side – we are on the opposite side!**
Oakway offers free parking throughout AND there is always plenty of spaces in the Hyatt parking garage (free too!).
After you park, come inside through the DOUBLE DOORS to the right of Euphoria Chocolate. Go straight back (past Bambini) and turn LEFT to go upstairs. At the top of the stairs, turn LEFT and head to the end of the hallway. At the dead end, turn LEFT. Azalea Bodycare is the first door on the RIGHT.
Come in and relax! Please arrive 5 minutes before your session (or 15 minutes if you are a new client). We recommend using the powder room beforehand.

Cancellations and Schedule Changes
We require prepayment and a credit card number upon booking; your credit card is encrypted and secure and is hidden from staff. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance of a cancellation/reschedule in respect to our massage therapists and other clients on our waitlist.
In the event of a “no show’ or cancellation within 24 hours, you will be charged the full amount of your session. If we can fill your spot, then we will not charge you. Thank you for understanding. This helps us cover our losses with respect to the massage therapists’ schedules. For your convenience, cancellations may be made via call or text at (541) 632-3359. Emailing us a cancellation is subject to our confirmation of receipt of the cancellation.
*Every doubles/couples massage must PREPAY at the time of booking. We can not book them without prepayment. In addition we will keep a credit card on file, which is policy for future bookings.
*If you are insured and plan on using insurance, we must have verified insurance AND have a cc on file before they are scheduled.
*UPDATED CANCEL POLICY for doubles only: To move the appointment, you must give at least a 48 hour notice, but there are NO REFUNDS ON DOUBLES.

What we need from you

The first time, you will be charged half of your appointment fee to help cover our losses with respect to the massage therapists’ schedules. (This fee does not apply if you have symptoms of Covid-19). Any following “no shows’ or same day cancels, we will have to charge the full amount of the session. Thank you for understanding.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
1. You will be emailed an intake form. Please fill this out before your visit.Wearing a mask is now your choice. Our massage therapists are are HAPPY to wear one if you want them to. We have disposable masks available to you.
2. If you have ANY symptoms of Covid-19, please reschedule without any penalty. If you show symptoms when you arrive, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment.

4. We have wipeable baskets for your clothes in the room, which are sanitized between each client.
5. We will keep a credit card securely on file. You must also prepay for appointments, if you prefer. Gratuity is welcome for staff and can be added at any time.
