Welcome to Azalea Bodycare!

Azalea is a clean & relaxing space with a group of talented, highly skilled Licensed Massage Therapists who offer a variety of therapeutic massage modalities. Our therapists strive to blend clinical and relaxation therapies gracefully to leave you feeling healthy & happy. We pride ourselves in offering you a soothing, safe space with personable, friendly staff.

We are located in the heart of Oakway Center with free parking and an elevator for your convenience!

If we are billing your insurance please call to schedule your first appointment.

We are following all CDC and AMTA new guidelines and protocols to provide the upmost safety measures for our clients and staff. We will email you these details when you schedule and we are happy to answer any questions!

Free parking throughout Oakway Center and in the Hyatt garage

Finding Us:

Enter through double doors next to Euphoria Chocolate
Go straight toward the barbershop → turn left → go upstairs
At top, turn left and head to the end of the hallway
At the dead end, turn left – Azalea Bodycare is the first door on the right

Elevator:

Enter through the doors next to Sabai Cafe & Bar
Elevator is across from French Nails & Spa
Once on the second floor, turn left, walk to the other side to the second set of stairs, take a left, then at the dead end another left – Azalea Bodycare is the first door on the right

studio policies

Cancellations and Schedule Changes

We understand that schedules change, and we ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice when you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Because your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice and missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee. There is no charge if we are able to fill your spot or if you send someone else in your place.

For clients using insurance, please understand that insurance benefits cannot be billed for a missed or cancelled appointment. A missed appointment is not a completed treatment and will not be submitted to your insurance company. Instead, the applicable cancellation fee is the client’s responsibility.

First late cancellation or missed appointment:

The first occurrence is charged at $75 per reserved treatment hour:

60-minute appointment: $75
75-minute appointment: $93.75
90-minute appointment: $112.50
120-minute appointment: $150

Future late cancellations or missed appointments:

After the first occurrence, the full applicable cancellation fee will be charged according to Azalea Bodycare’s current cancellation policy (full price of session).
