APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING —
Services are by appointment-only and can be made online or by phone (541) 632-3359. We require a credit card number upon booking; your credit card is encrypted and secure and is hidden from staff.
Please notify us of at least 24 hours in advance of any changes to your appointment time. Please see cancellation policy below. We may contact you to move your scheduled time up or down for the benefit of the therapists and other clients we may be able to accommodate. If you can not move your time, we understand.
We observe the following holidays and will be closed: Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day. We close early on the 4th of July and Christmas Eve.
CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOW POLICY —
We will hold a credit card securely on file. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance of a cancellation/reschedule in respect to our massage therapists and other clients on our waitlist.
In the event of a “no show’ or same day cancellation, you will be charged the full amount of your session. If we can fill your spot, then we will not charge you. Thank you for understanding. For your convenience, cancellations may be made via call or text at (541) 632-3359. Emailing us a cancellation is subject to our confirmation of receipt of the cancellation.
SICK CLIENTS —
Services will not be performed and you will be charged 100% if you come in to receive a service while visibly sick.
DOUBLE/COUPLES MASSAGES —
We keep your credit card on file at the time of scheduling and we will run your card in full the same day of your appointment.
We value your time at Azalea Body Care and want you to take advantage of every moment. Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time so that you may use the powder room and relax.
Your treatment will begin and end promptly at the scheduled times. If you arrive late, we will be unable to give you the full-service time so that we can stay on schedule for the convenience of our other clients and employees.
Please be assured that all personal information collected is for the sole purpose of providing superior client service. This information will be held in the strictest confidence. We follow all HIPAA guidelines.
PEACE & QUIET —
For maximum relaxation, we ask that cell phones be turned off while visiting Azalea Bodycare. Please also be mindful of other guests in common areas and refrain from loud conversation.
COMFORT LEVEL —
If at any time during the treatment you are not completely comfortable, whether it is the pressure of the massage or the volume of the music, simply let the LMT know. This is your time and the practitioners are there to make sure your experience is everything that you want it to be.
Azalea Bodycare is pleased to accept cash, personal checks, travelers’ checks, and all major credit cards.
GIFT CERTIFICATES —
Azalea Body Care gift certificates are available for all services. If you would like to pre-pay a gratuity, our Welcome Desk can assist you at the time of purchase. All Azalea Body Care gift certificates sales are final – we are unable to refund, reissue or replace any gift certificates after the initial sale. Gift cards may not be purchased or used in conjunction with any special discount or promotion. Gift certificates can be purchased online or at the front desk.
GRATUITIES (TIPS) —
Gratuities are not included in Azalea Bodycare service prices. If you are pleased with your service, we recommend a gratuity. The gratuity may be paid in cash, by personal check or by credit card.
The first session, a parent or guardian must accompany the minor and sign a Minor Consent form. Minors younger than 15 must have a parent or guardian at the studio at the time of service.
AZALEA ETIQUETTE —
“Spa voices” are required to ensure everyone’s peace of mind. Electronic devices such as laptops and tablets are not allowed in the studio.
