MASKS ARE OPTIONAL —
As of March 12, 2022, Azalea will be following the State of Oregon’s end of the indoor mask policy. After this date, masks are optional for both staff and clients, personal choices are respected.

MASKS CAN BE REQUESTED —
Out of consideration for your comfort, clients may request that their service provider wear a mask during their treatment. Please alert our front desk staff when scheduling your appointments so we can check that you’ve requested this accommodation and be appropriately ready for you!

AMENITIES —
Locker rooms, showers, and our relaxation area are open for use.
Sauna use is by booking only to reduce the amount of people in close quarters, and to allow for our staff to sanitize the saunas between uses. — This is a temporary precaution we are taking and we will announce in the near future when we update this. — Please see our SAUNAS MENU for current booking details.

SICK POLICY —
Please do not come to the spa if you are feeling sick or if you have had an exposure to Covid-19 recently. Cancellation rates do not apply.
